Notice of Special General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of the Manurewa Business Association Incorporated will be held to consider and vote on the proposed expansion of the Manurewa Business Improvement District (BID) boundary.
Members will vote on the proposed boundary map, the draft 2027/2028 budgets (expanded BID and status quo), the draft 2027/2028 Business Plan, the BID Targeted Rate Grant, and the rating mechanism for the expanded boundary.
All full members are invited and encouraged to attend and exercise their voting rights. Copies of all documents are available below or from the MBA office.

MBA Membership
The Manurewa Business Association Incorporated exists to promote and support local economic development in Manurewa. We advocate on behalf of local businesses when working with partners such as Auckland Council and Police, and we provide networking and training opportunities to strengthen the business community.
As an Incorporated Society, we are funded by a targeted rate for businesses within our Business Improvement District (BID). All businesses or business owners located within the BID area are eligible to be members of the Manurewa Business Association. Businesses outside the BID are welcome to join as Associate Members to access the benefits of our network.
